Kaua‘i Poke Fest® is proud to partner with Kaua‘i Fresh Fish, our official seafood sponsor for this year’s festival. As a locally owned seafood company committed to supporting Hawai‘i fishermen and providing responsibly sourced, 100% Hawai‘i-caught fish, Kaua‘i Fresh Fish plays an essential role in bringing the festival to life. This year, they will supply more than 1,000 pounds of fresh, Hawai‘i-caught ahi for our competing teams as they create their poke entries. This year, Creekstone Farms® will provide the beef short ribs featured in the Masters’ Table Dinner dish presented by chefs Ronnie Rainwater and Emeril Lagasse.
